59th Skål UK National AssemblyDate:20-Apr-2012 0:00 59th UK National Assembly in Jersey - Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd April 2012 Skål Jersey will host the 2012 National Assembly at the Hotel de France in Jersey. It is with great pleasure that we invite you to visit our wonderful island to attend the Skål International United Kingdom 59th National Assembly in April 2012. Apart from the meetings and dinners that you will see in the programme leaflet, we have organised an interesting and varied selection of world class attractions to make your visit a stimulating one. Those wishing to take part in the fishing or golf competitions need to let us know in advance, so that the necessary arrangements can be made. The Hotel de France, who are the host venue where we will hold our meetings and dinners, have offered a very generous room rate, which is the same for single occupancy as well as twin/double. They have offered a free extra night for those booking for the Friday and the Saturday night, which can be used for the Thursday before, or the Sunday after. If you wish to stay longer, they will offer you a very special rate. There is always the opportunity to visit the other islands, or St. Malo, for the day during your visit. We can assure you that you will be delighted with the hotel, its leisure facilities, and the food and entertainment we will lay on for you. National Executive & National Committee MeetingDate:27-Sep-2012 10:00 Again at the same venue as the October & January meetings, in Reigate, Surrey.
The Meeting of Skål International United Kingdom will be held on Friday 27th September 2012 at the Reigate Manor Hotel, Reigate commencing at 13.30 hours.(National Executive meets at 10.00am)

60th Skål UK National AssemblyDate:19-Apr-2013 0:00 2013 – Guernsey. This would be from 19th -21st April at the Peninsular Hotel and would include a visit to Herm.
Friday evening would be fancy dress with the theme ‘ A Night at the Movies’, including a buffet supper.
On Saturday the visit would be to Castle Cornet, witnessing the firing of the noonday cannon, with lunch at the Hatton Gallery.
The Gala Dinner would be held in the evening.
On Sunday there would be the lowering of the flag, with an optional lunch – possibly the Past President’s function.
The price would be £325 for 2 nights.
This was proposed by Guernsey and seconded by Ian Hawkes and agreed by all.
