August has been quite busy but I’m not sure where the time has gone. We had a very good evening ‘skittering’ as Nev calls it. Daniel’s Demons won both the quiz and the skittles, and I won the golden tea cup for the highest score. That was more by luck than judgment.
I’ve had a letter from Sheila Smith who is well up on the list for having a knee/hip op that should get her more mobile. I’m sure she’d love to hear from you if you can find time to wield pen and paper.
Our lovely past International President and membre d’honneure Ian McCubbin, who has had a stroke, is rather better than our last contact and his daughter in law Cath states that they’re taking things one day at a time. We wish you well, Ian.
